WHY IS ICARUS EVEN A THING?!!
Most useless perk ever IMO and it shows up in the overwhelming majority of my hand cannon rolls.
FFS who wants increased accuracy while airborne?! WHO I ASK YOU?!!
Also the New Monarchy vendor has literally disappeared from the tower and I am a bit concerned about him - has anyone seen him?
I'm serious I've not been able to see him or buy anything for a couple of weeks now. Anyone else having this problem?

4 RepliesEveryone feel free to share your bet hand cannon rolls in this post as well - I have a Red Hand IX and soon I will have The Fulcrum as well and would like to know your opinion on which perks work best with these. Although the vendor Fulcrum looks pretty beast as it is!
