False, hand cannons do not need a nerf. Thorns DoT needs a nerf, as does TLW's rate of fire. Nerfing hand cannons means nerfing WoC, FB and most importantly, hawkmoon. I agree that ARs need a buff, and a big one, but most hand cannons are balanced
