Will someone from Bungie please acknowledge the PS4 91-day problem?

It's obviously affecting quite a few people, and it'd be nice to know that someone with the potential to accomplish something helpful could be working on this. I haven't had the best experiences with Destiny so far, and this may be the last straw for me. (And no, clearing caches and restoring licenses does not help, thanks.)
