People continue to use removed Perks like Final Round on Efrideet's Spear and Hammer Forged on Felwinter's Lie... That is okay. People continue to use glitches like first round Final Round on thorn... That is okay. Someone uses a legendary helmet with Ashes to Asset and Young Ahamkara's Spine (which was previously considered the worst Hunter exotic armor piece in the game) and all of a sudden they are huge cheaters. Bungie intentionally added this perks to the armor and until they decide to change them we must live with them. You should not be reporting people just because you do not like their armor or perk setup.
