They do, but they're extremely sensitive. Its purely for discussion almost. Opinion is welcome but can lead you to trouble. Nothing will be better than the Bungie Forums circa 2010. Before the reigns were passed to 343i, this was basically [i]the[/i] forum besides 9gag, Reddit, and a few others.
