Within the strike "Winter's Run", as you enter the area with The Archon Priest, your ghost will utter the phrase "A cell, from the Prison of Elders. The Archon Priest is still inside." this phrase is loud, regardless of the user's settings. I've tried this countless times, with Game Audio setting at 25%, and it still is the loudest piece of audio. Probable Cause: This leads me to believe that this audio clip is incorrectly labelled in the game, probably as a sound effect instead of dialogue.
