Wanting the ability to purchase is not "asking for hand outs". Especially when the Gunsmith's description claims he sells weapon parts. I can buy Motes of Light. Motes should be much more rare than weapon parts. The economy is broken re: them. I have more exotic shards than weapon parts at the moment. Makes no sense.
