It would be nice if there weren't cheaters and the pvp was balanced.

Now that. That right there is a fair concern but I sill think people should only go to the tower if they get 9-0. And I'm a guy who hasn't even come close

I think it should be 9-2 so many things can go wrong. You could be having a very important phone call and need to AFK for a bit, etc. as long as you get to 9 wins in 1 card, you are good. Bungie either needs to fix the pvp and not some minor fix, I'm talking about recreating the whole thing or be more flexible with the lighthouse requirements, if not both.

Handle your business between matches! There's no rule that you have to jump from one match to the other. If anyone needs to go afc than they should say so so no one starts another match. If the call is that important I doubt you'll feel like trials matters anymore.

What about a call right in the middle of the match? Of course I pick the phone cuz my calls are important and this game really don't matter to me since I got the platinum. I think the flexibility of 9-2 would be great.

Again, if it's important enough that you can't just call them back after the match than trials probably wouldn't matter at that point anyways. Seriously what's so important that you can't call back in like 5-10 minutes? Is someone going into labor? Well screw the trials than, did someone die? Screw trials than. Is someone in danger? There's a pattern here. Oh my mother is calling me. I'll let it go, if it's an emergency she'll call back. I'll call her back after. Oh my boss is calling me. Well I'm off the clock it's weird that they're calling me at all, I'll let it go to voicemail.

Not sure why you'd think that unless your argument was gonna go in the direction of "this kid doesn't understand the harshness of world yet to not understand the urgency of some phone calls" I stand by if it's important enough of a call you won't care about a video game. If it's not that important than you can call back after the match. I still hold firm that 9-0 is fine since the point is to focus your attention strictly to the game. The game doesn't take into account what you're doing with your life while playing and there's no reason it should.
