After beating skolas yesterday evening varkis asks to turn in exotic bounty quest but I have no such quest or elder cipher in my inventory. I am unable to turn in the quest since I do not have the exotic bounty or a cipher to turn it in with. I also seem unable to stop varkis from asking me to turn in the quest. At the time of beating skolas my quest list was full and I received no notification of getting an exotic bounty. . One of my friends who completed the run with me did get double ciphers and quests though. Although he is only able to turn in the one cipher. The other one is stuck in his inventory. Perhaps the game glitched and gave my cipher to him? I've tried zoning and back in and re-logging. I've cleared space in my quest list but it has made no difference. How can I fix? I'd prefer to be able to turn in the exotic bounty.
