Should I wait till level 30 to buy expansions?
I'm level 27 warlock right now. Is most of the content 30+?

no ull get 2 lvl 30 faster with expnsion

It help to be that level but I don't see why you can't complete it all if you are good enough it's all lv 28 to start with though
