HOW TO 'BALANCE' THE LAST WORD AND THORN

Let me start this post by saying I love and constantly use both these guns. More the last word because it is my favourite looking gun in the game. But I do agree they both need a nerf. Let me start with the Thorn. I don't really understand Bungies thought process when they originally buffed it, as not only did they fix the poison damage (which is all people were asking for anyway) but they also decided to buff the clip by 3, reduce the reload time and add the glow effect to people who are hit. The gun pretty much does roughly 84-87 damage + 35 burn damage from a single headshot, so 2 shot headshot kill at any range. Too overpowered. In order to balance it i suggest reducing its aim down sight accuracy, this would then make it a more close range handcannon that is still powerful at close-possibly medium ranges but not long range unless you are lucky as most of your aimed headshots should miss to stop it being used as a sniper/scoutrifle. To fix the last word, I was originally going to say reduce its accuracy but it already has pretty below average accuracy and is a close quarter gun so that wouldn't change much. So instead reduce its clip size from 8 to 6. Doing this limits the amount of people you can kill with a single clip with TLW, and forces you to use it more sparingly as it has a long reload time, so people may choose to tap fire it when they see more than 1 person instead of full autoing them both down. This also retains the last words normal killing ability which is what people love about it, just gives you less room for error if you miss shots. I feel these changes are pretty fair, I know there will be a lot who just read the title, ignore the post and jump to defend their beloved guns, but once again, I love and used both these guns, but am willing to sacrifice some of their power in order to contribute to a more balanced pvp environment. As these guns are more pvp guns anyway it doesn't effect pve since nobody uses TLW in it, and enemies in pve have bigger head hitboxes anyway so thorns accuracy nerf wont be as noticeable.
