Like most of the fallen specific perks, this still doesn't make much sense. Against captains I'm going to use an arc primary whether it stuns them or not. Void damage won't do anything to their shields. Not hating on you or the gun, it looks sick, but the perks are so dumb on the PoE guns.. Rocket launchers with shank burn and shit.. Smh

I have the scout in arc and the pulse in solar. Both are low impact/high rof by design. I use them only in poe, but they work very well as intended for stacking headshots in a fast paced horde shootout.

lol yes, some of the perks are a little wtf, im not that interested in the POE perk, im more shocked that a pulse handles so well , im a die hard Vex and Scout user, i have always hates pulse

Pulse rifles are the new PvP flavor of the month.. It will probably be sick in the crucible. I hate the new fallen perks. It's like, as much as you want to try and stun a captain with a low-mid impact void pulse, you know you're better off just using it for void burn PVE and vex missions SMH making the perk essentially useless .. All the while blowing off a captains head with one of your 365 Fatebringers
