The new Kellhunter's Hood is all kinds of smooth, really like it.
Mantle of Perun would be my favorite if it had a good and neck like the Kellhunter's. But no, it's got that awful neck frill and cut-hood which ruins the awesomeness of the cape.

I ranked all the way up too lvl 4 for that hood only to realize disappointment by the frill of it.
