Lel this guys definition of a real job is probably something revolving around his pride for himself in the "work" he does. The easiest way to explain how streaming is a real job is to categorize it as entertainment. Professional sports, music, movies, television, and yes, streaming are all forms of entertainment. You pay to be entertained. Are you going to consider people who write songs and perform at concerts as having no "real job." Or maybe the football/basketball/whatever sports player has no "real job" because he/she is only playing a game. And the actors arent really [b]working[/b]. What they do doesnt require any effort or thought and brings in absolutely zero income. Just because someone isnt performing manual labor on some construction site or flipping burgers at McDonald's doesnt mean their job isnt real. Who are you to question the validity of another's job when you have most likely never had that occupation? There are most likely many streamers that make more in a month than you do in a year and theyre happy with what they do. For some, streaming is a job. But for others it is a career and thats probably why youre so upset about them making so much money. You know, youre not supposed to [b]enjoy[/b] your job. Thats absolutely absurd and unheard of. Having fun at work? Not sure what youve been smoking. Get real. Many people have careers they enjoy and make a living off of. Just because youre miserable with your current occupation doesnt mean you need to take shots at another's.
