Wide spread data corruption was said to be going on out in deep space, as a part of those anomalies; it would appear that it, whatever it was, just hit Ben's datapad.

I don't. But the data corruption might just be from lack of maintenance, and the fact the planet was glassed. Although, this episode pretty much makes me super confident FERO is Ilsa Zane. Ben was having trouble keeping up and the intense physical actions weren't having an effect on FERO.
