The one ghost at the endless steps is glitched and you can collect it everytime you load up the area. That's why I have over 100 dead ghosts roght now.

It only counts it once. You can pick it up as many times as you want but you will only get the 15 grimoire score once.

Yep. But the counter still goes up. It's just for fun and many peeps were asking where the heck I got all those ghosts. :)

But your dead ghost count adds another every time.
