I played through smoothly, I played it on pc first and bought it on App Store when it came out. Just remember to save(everything's saves manually and you shouldn't have a problem)
I ran it on the iPad 2 with IOS 7 so I'm sure it runs faster on newer iPads and Operating Systems...
