There are multiple cards that hint at the fact that it was Rasputin, and not the darkness, that wiped out most of humanity.

Rasputin lowered the warmind orbital defences to allow the Darkness to cause the collapse by killing most of the population, he didn't kill them himself.

Yeah I know that. I'm referencing the order of an annihilation weapon to be used. At the end of the card the humans talking say, "We both know where the order came from." It's Ghost Fragment: Old Russia.
