Same thing was said about skateboarding. Or baseball. Or pretty much anything that wasn't nitty gritty hard physical labor.

Baseball players and profesional skateboarders take risks and can get seriously hurt. The worse that could happen to a streamer is that their ass hurts for sitting all day.

What about a sports agent? All they do is manage a sports players image. They take no risks pertaining to injuries. They make tons of money off of other people based on something people like to watch. If people didn't watch baseball, the players would make no money, the agent would be useless.

Well if people can entertain people and get payed, good for them. Streamers get payed for doing what they love, and people get entertained at cheap prices
