before HoW, I was strapped for glimmer to upgrade. Then I had a bunch of glimmer from doing stuff but had no sapphire wire for my hunter. Now I have an abundance of sapphire wire and usually am at or near the glimmer cap, but no weapons parts. One vendor needs to sell weapons parts now that there's the reroll.
