I view this a different way. Yes the ghorn is crazy good, but it doesn't need to be nerfed. Other exotics need to be buffed! Exotics should be the best weapons in the game, and the only ones that I believe deserve that tag (for pve) are the ghorn, thunderlord, vex, and icebreaker. The others are just out classed by legendaries.
