So long I don't have the time to read the whole thing yet but did you cover pushing teammates off the level and reviving over open chasms and most importantly doing that over 100 times to a guy who kept bumping his controller to not go idle through 3 strikes so I pushed him off a cliff and got over 100 res before he quit ;)
