Crota raid

Hey I'm looking at getting a raid team together. I have been through vog on normal and hard. I'm looking to get some experience in the crota raid and beat it. I would like some raiders with experience and some who haven't. I have a general idea how to get through it. Just need a solid team that won't leave or not know what to do. Thanks

I'm familiar with the raid, but, BUT I still can't get through lamps without dying, and I don't run sword.
