Yeah, it is. Where else do you get it aside from the highest levels of PoE, ToO, Nightfalls (but let's face it, not really), and Iron Banner? All of those are end-game, and only one has matchmaking. No, that's not how it should be, and that's not how it was before. That would be like ascendant materials ONLY being obtainable from VoG, but still required to upgrade every other non-raid legendary. Bungie broke the ascension system and made it only accessible to people who live and breathe PoE and Trials, and I don't understand why so many of you are defending it.

A lvl 34 PoE is not the highest. Getting to rank three in iron banner is not hard. Does it require some work/effort/skill? Yes. And that's how it should be. No one wants to work for anything. You want to be level 34 the second the DLC drops. I'm defending it because if you just give me lvl 34 like many of you want, I'll stop playing. I stopped playing around February because there was simply nothing left to do. I'll get to that point again but at least it won't be three weeks into a $20 DLC. And this is coming from someone who hasn't seen a single EL drop yet.
