Easy Arc burn Skolas kill and Elder cipher

Not that it was nice to kill him three times this week with my arc Final Round/Field Scout LDR 5001. Plus it's rather funny I don't use Efrideet's Spear for PvP, I primarily use 'em for sub boss or boss PvE enemies lol.
