The House of Scar Conspiracy

Hello and welcome guardians! This is your friendly neighborhood AnonPig and I’m here to tell you about my favorite alien race, the Eliksni! (Fallen for you illoreterate) More importantly their Houses, history, and more directly the only member still wearing the banners of a House lost. In this glorious DLC we learned quite a bit about the Eliksni, ***selfless bragging incoming*** quite a bit that I’ve been saying for quite some time now ***selfless bragging ended*** but that’s not why I’ve brought you here today. There are seven Eliksni Houses that we know of currently, each with their own agenda. The ones we know well are Kings, Rain, Winter, Devils, and now Wolves and Judgement. Now, before you start accusing me of not being able to count, i know, i only gave you five. That is because the last House isn’t what it used to be. If you were foolish enough, like myself, to purchase the Destiny Game Guide from Prima Games then you have access to knowledge that is entirely irrelevant! This did however give me a little insight, the House of Exile isn’t listed, but in its place was “The Shattered House”. So what of the House of Exile? What of The Shattered House? What caused them to break? Waring with the House of Winter? But really it’s not important for this post either. What is important is what Variks says in The Kell of Kells.
He may seek to gather the Exiles, but they will not follow. They follow none, no Kell, no Archon.
Now, this sounds realllly familiar to another thing said about everyones favorite new mercenary: Taniks.
free of any Kell’s rule.
But what was the House of Exile before they were Shattered? This is hinted at in Variks, the Loyal.
Cannot keep Wolves from Kings, Scar from Winter. Fell to fighting. Fell to hate.
So if the six Eliksni Houses are, were, Devils Rain Kings Scar Winter Wolves and Judgement, then that explains why we see nothing of Scar now. It can’t be a surprise to anyone where I’m going with this, Taniks the Scarred.(image of Taniks and House Scar Banner) I believe that Taniks is the last remaining member of the House of Scar, but also that the House of Exile is what remains of their kind, broken by attacks from both sides the Exiles cling to the Moon. What does this mean for Exile in the long run? Will they continue to just cling to what they can grab, without Kell, without Archon, and are they without Prime? Taniks is now dead by our hand, but was he truly the only one to cling to the past? Or will there be another. I think some day the House Scar will rise again, all the Houses are weakened now, with the exception of the Kings, who’s to stop them? Is there a secret cult of Scar hidden on the moon? • An interesting theory. Taniks' history is enigmatic. He COULD belong to the House of Scar, but his name could simply be a reference to his four prosthetic limbs. While he does sport an armor color not matched by any known House, he could simply be asserting his independence by wearing a personally chosen set of armor. However, it is MOST likely that Taniks belongs to the House of Scar. I haven't seen it in game, but the cape on his back supposedly bears a strange sigil, possibly representing the House of Scar. What's stranger is that "Scar" is not directly mentioned as a House. It is mentioned once and only as "Scar". Additionally, Houses usually are named after... nouns. Wolves, Kings, Devils, and so on. "Scar" seems like a strange name for a House. Scar Kell, Scar Archon, Scar Walker. Something just doesn't sit right. On the topic of the Exiles, I believe that they are a collaboration of exiled Eliksni of various House origins. There could be King Exiles, Winter Exiles, Devil Exiles, etcetera etcetera. What lead me to this theory is a public event in the Anchor of Light where you kill a Walker titled "Noble Iron Walker". "Iron" is not an improvement upon average Walkers, it's a House. You fight Devil Walkers on Earth, Winter Walkers on Venus, two Wolf Walkers (moon/wolfship), and an Iron Walker on Earth's Moon. The House of Iron is almost as enigmatic as the House of Scar. Nearly nothing known. It could be that the Exiles consist of Eliksni previously belonging to any possible House. These Eliksni might be in possession of their previous House's technology, hence the deployment of Iron Walkers by House of Exile.
