I do have to put this out there, when I bought Destiny I went for the bundle (my first ps4) and had zero friends, I have made over a hundred friends IN GAME and have never been to Destinylfg. That said, unless you have a keyboard hooked up to your console (you might.. I have a really nifty Bluetooth keyboard that works nicely) there is absolutely no point in an 'in game chat box'. The part where I agree.. matchmaking should be optionally available across the board. That is all. Light be ever with you, Guardians.
