You never answered my question, what's your stance on homosexuality?

  • I've answered it a few separate times. I feel like, for those who are gay, that it's mostly out of there control and it's simply the way they are. Homosexuals don't have a place in heaven. It says that in the bible. But things can change when they die. I feel like they will have a chance for things to change somehow when they face judgement. Some sort of challenge or something. I don't think simply because someone is gay means they are damned for certain.

I don't agree with you, but I respect your own opinion. I'm pretty sure it doesn't say in the bible that gays don't go to heaven.

  • It does say that. It says that there is no place in heaven for them. But I just can't imagine such a loving and merciful God damning them to hell if they lived a life pursuing a relationship with him. Honestly, the only way would be if they prayed every single day for change and forgiveness and they would have to truly mean it with everything inside of them. They have the same path as straight Christians, simply much harder I suppose.

  • I don't believe homosexuality is a disease. Things don't always go according to plan. Yes, marriage is sacred and meant for man and woman. But, I believe love is love. The only people who belong in hell are monsters, and possibly non-believers. But even then a Being who is loving, and all forgiving shouldn't damn anyone unless there are truly that far gone.

  • And I agree with you. I hate the topic to be quite honest. But I'm not one of the Christians who choose to ignore those words of the Bible or simply disregard what it says. Because it does say that. But as Christians, we are to show them love equally as we do with anyone. Because they deserve to be shown God's love. I believe that people are simply gay and can't help it. But anything is possible through God.
