Im not gonna start a debate. I am just curious if you look around at nature and how everything is perfect. How can you not believe in a higher power?
I can see a conversation wont be happening lol

Because we ruin nature. As a part of nature, we are not perfect, and no god could create a force that could destroy something so perfect

Because not everything in nature is perfect. I myself am not perfect. My bones break quite easily, my eyes should be on the sides of my head, and why aren't my ears on the front and back of my head so I can hear on 360? My nose should be on my chest so I can smell things nearer to me. And while I do think that things like plants go through very complicated and nearly scripted procedures, there are plenty of scientific explanations for why these processes are just the result of billions of years of correction and evolution.

The only way life was formed was because of how well our planet holds life. If it didn't, then we wouldn't exist and wouldn't be having this conversation. There are billions of planets where life could have formed, but didn't. A potential species on any one of those planets could be having this conversation right now if it had. Since we are intelligent, we can think about and discuss this. That isn't proof of a higher power.

If you look at the world on a much grander scale, it is perfect. But that could be left to chance as well. No sense in arguing over something we can't comprehend anyways.

I don't look at the world and nature and think it's perfect. There are an equal amount of good and bad in this world, but I don't think the good was the outcome from a deity.

I know what you meant. But, look at it from an atheist point of view. How do you look at the world and think a God did it? It just..doesn't make sense to us. The world started with a single Prokaryotic cell, which made eukaryotic cells. Those cells developed and well..evolved.

Actually, while there are many attributes to assist in the development in cancer, it is pretty up to chance for the most part. You could be perfectly healthy and still get cancer.
