I have a picnic on the beach planned with this girl soon and I'm really excited about it but the only problem is that she's a vegan. I don't mind it, I think it's cute actually but I still need something that vegans can eat that isn't very difficult to cook and can sit in a cooler for a little bit
All I can think of is breadrolls with peanut butter in them ;~;
By the way vegans can't eat anything that has to do with animals, no meat, cheese, butter I think. Basically nothing good

Quinoa pilaf is kind of easy to make. 1st in a large stock pot heat up some olive oil, when it starts sizzling add a half cup of sweet viadila onions, chopped into small peices and a tablespoon of minced garlic. Let this cook until the onion turns golden. 2nd add half a cup thinly sliced carrots and half a cup of thinly sliced celery to the onions until they become soft. 3rd a 2 cups of quinoa with 4 cups of water add a tablespoon of dill, parsley, and cilantro and bring to a boil, after it comes to a boil cover it with a lid and let simmer for 15 minutes, drain liquid and serve or refrigerator. I recommend cutting vegetables in advance and if you're a serious meat eater, not dating a vegan. However, I'll wish you the best of luck.
