I use Sunsinger if I'm playing a raid on hard or the nightfall.
Everything else gets smashed up with void walker. It's much more fun to use.
I just like to have that plan b if something goes wrong during the nightfall or raid but otherwise I love using nova bomb in the crucible etc.
