Hell no you bloody wackos. Do you know how game breaking auto rifles were before the buffs? They had more range then scout rifles, insane ttk and were just piss easy to use. Maybe buff them a bit, but NO where near where they were at the start. I can do well with auto's now. They don't need much; maybe that 2.5% or whatever amount was taken away recently back. But nothing else.
