They aren't finished, which means they clearly weren't part of the original release.
If they were finished, you would have a point... But they aren't finished.

the reason they aren't finished is because their main competitor released earlier than expected, so destiny didn't need to try as hard to make tons of sales. They would have had a year to polish and finish up everything otherwise.

And? They aren't finished. Hell, some of them aren't even started. There is discarded and cut content in every single game. Deal with it.
