#4 isn't really true. I finished an entire flawless as a level 31 with a 2.0KD. It says advantages are enabled, but it really did not seem like I was at a disadvantage.

True. If you're good at PvP it may not matter so much but remember. This is more so for people that are not amazing at PvP and primarily PvE players

Yeah, I realize that, but what I meant was that I did the same damage that I did on my level 34 character, and I didn't seem to take more damage either. Implying that light level doesn't make a difference.
