Supers that don't count as Supers

[u]** This was originally Archived, but I made some edits to the original text**[/u] Now, I am mainly a Sunsinger Warlock, for it's my most favorite class of them all. Although I love the nice upgrades you can earn like Fireborn and Gift of the Sun, there's just one thing that I'm kind of disappointed in with this sub-class...and that's that this class doesn't count as a Super. Now I don't mean that the ability itself is not good enough to be called a Super, but what I'm talking about is that, for example, the are bounties that state of you getting Super kills (Defeat 15 Guardians using a Super), but some sub-classes just don't count for those kills while in the Super state regardless. I understand that the Sunsinger ability is a Super to support which can boost up stats and of the sort, but it doesn't make sense that anything I do doesn't count as a Super kill. When I activate my Super , I expect that any kill I get while in (or affected by) my Super counts as a Super kill, regardless of it being a "Support Super". This also applies to the Titan's Defender sub-class with the Ward of Dawn ability. Although it's just a bubble shield that can not only protect you and allies, grant a shield buff, and drop light for all, any kills while being affected by it is not counted as a Super kill. As similar to the Sunsinger solution, when a Titan activates their Defender ability, any kills that they earn while being affected by their own Super should be counted as a Super kill. This should only apply to the Titan who activated their Super, not for others who are affected by the effects. [i]Just to reiterate:[/i] My feedback is to make the "Support Supers" (Sunsinger & Defender) to be counted as Super kills when earning kills in a Super state, because the Hunter class has 2 sub-classes that can kill and count as a Super, but the Warlock and Titan don't...makes no sense. Tell me what you think!

  • You forgot to include "golden gun" into this category, without gear and subclass perks being chosen for the super, it is only good for generating large amounts of orbs with little to no supplies when your fireteam is in a tight spot and you all need an AoE attack now.
