They want to do a good job and taking their time... This mod will easily rival a AAA title in the fall/winter... My guess is it's going to be released within 6months..

You'll need Skyrim and morrowwind to run Skywind. (steam versions are fine as well).

You're thinking of morroblivion... It remade morrowind with oblivions engine, however, you still have to do lots of reading as theres limited voice dialog. Trust me, wait for Skywind. A lot of people don't appreciate all the work going into the mod. It's probably going to be one of the best remakes ever... and its free, created for by fans for fans.
