So in other words, be able to max out any armor to level cap with just 7 strange coins? Just play the game. They're not hard to get.

Changed it to require 2 Exotic Shards. I've only suggested this for casual players in PvE only. But, I understand Etheric Light can be easily obtained via Nightfall, PoE, and PvP.

Well think of it this way, if you make it easy for casual players, then how easy do you think it will be for hardcore players? It would be really easy to just grind it out.
