There are plenty of videos of the Rhino and they all show the same functionality. Some of them are double-action only, in which case the hammer DOES cycle with each trigger pull, but the hammer only rotates the barrel and cocks the gun. It doesn't FIRE the weapon as the hammers on them do in Destiny. I'm well versed in how the Rhino functions. It doesn't function as the hand cannons in Destiny.
