saw it drop 4 times out of 9 raids last week (week before PoE dropped) so think they've upped the drop rate
how many raids a week do people do who dont have it? honestly please?!
before i had it would do every raid on normal then hard with every character every week

I ´ve doing all raids during two months and Ive gotten all of them but not gally.... 350 hours... Crota in hard and normal and VoG in hard... still waiting!! last two weeks I´ve seen how all my clan mates got it but not me... =(
