Prison of Elders Level 35 Fatal Flaw

So my friends and I were impatient to wait until next week to get to a high enough level to do PoE on the highest difficulty. So we decided to do it with two level 33's and a level 34. It took us about 6 hours to get the the very end when the Xbox Live Party Servers crashed. We tried to get the party back together and one of us got disconnected due to being idle too long. When we tried to invite him, it wouldn't let him join back because we were "Too far" in the Prison of Elders. So basically, we were screwed. We couldn't beat the boss, and we quit. The sheer fact that we couldn't resume or invite our friend is pure bullshit. We spent so much time trying to finish it, and now that was all in vain. Can they add some sort of checkpoint, or at least add the ability to invite people back? At this difficulty, the Prison of Elders is pretty much as difficult, or even more difficult than a raid. It should be treated like one.

  • The reason you couldn't add your friend was because the level had started. If you wipe and return to the airlock the invite restrictions are lifted.
