I probably won't ever get to 34 as I'm a causal but as long as I'm trying I'll enjoy enjoy the journey.

if you do the nightfalls every week you will eventually get to 34. all you need is 2 etheric light and an armor core (level 32 PoE) and an upgraded exotic armor. the 32 prison of elders is easy until the final boss but its very doable.
