I played some games of trials of Osiris today. And in the Crucible playlists section, the elimination card did not unlock. However it seems to still be counting the wins when in-game, but the card to check the wins progress doesn't unlock.

Just to confirm, you're getting the popups for the wins when you hit each threshold?

Yes I am. It popped up today at 90/100 wins for elimination at the bottom of my screen. Card is not unlocked the grimoire.

Did the same and that's not the only grimoire card that's doing it.
