Full auto can't be rolled on HoW pulse rifile?
Was looking on bungie data base
But I can't roll full auto on this pulse rifle
Are all HoW pulse rifles like this?
Does not make sense that I can't roll full auto bungie...
Launch and TDB both have pulse rifles with full auto capability on every one
So why not HoW pulses....
Please bungie answer
