What in the hell even happened... What is going on!! Chief wouldn't do that??? Is he being set up or framed?

Doesn't look like it. Even FERO has no idea why he did this, and she flatly denies that she was involved. It really does seem like Chief has gone rogue, but for what reason? What are his motives? We have to wait and find out.
