I'm sure by now every one knows what Weasel is. It has been in the game since day one, Bungie has done nothing that I am aware of to fix this, and have even not fixed other codes and just renamed them to other animals(so I have been made aware).
I play destiny every day on xbox one, I love it, but I get weasel every day without fail, and not just once, It reoccurs every 10-20 minutes, I still play the game but it is very very frustrating. There is nothing I can do to prevent or fix this, I have tried every option to me that Bungie have on their help for this, I've tried altering my net work and everything opening ports and port forwarding etc, tried it all, nothing helps. I have tried to factory reset my xbox, this does not help either. I have tweeted @BungieHelp numerous times with no replies or help from them EVER! I have tried looking for a contact number for them, there is not one to be found anywhere, even xbox support could not help me. This is my last resort.
Please can someone from bungie help me, or please fix this simple issue, it's been in the game for so long. You want people to play your game, this error is making the game unplayable for me, so please fix it. I know I am not the only one who gets weasel this much, but it's insane how much I get weasel and it makes no sense why I get it so much.

Hi Shatter -- Sorry to hear about the troubles. Let's take a step back and get a clear picture of your network setup. What's the make/model of your router/modem? What exact troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you enabled UPnP? Have you setup any port forwarding or DMZ? I see your ISP is Virgin Media. Are you using the Virgin SuperHub by chance? If so, that gateway device is notorious for causing issues with cloud based games. This is due to the device having its IPSec Pass-Through disabled. To resolve this, you must enable IPSec Pass-Through on the device.
