I can't get the queens emissary grimoire card. I talked to her when she first came and I talked to her now. Why am I not receiving it?

I didn't get it when I talked to her or when I completed her bounties; however, I did get it at a random time after that while I was playing.

The Queen's Emissary card was not fixed in this patch. I can't give out ETAs on card fixes, sorry!
