Thanos:
Has the infinity gauntlet, which gives him total control over all of reality.
Immortality
Invulnerability to even adamantium, the strongest substance on earth.
Super strength.
Darkseid:
Omega beams: just insanely powerful and injure you to the brink of death, and don't stop until they hit their target.
Immortality.

Edited by BlaqSpiral: 5/15/2015 8:50:56 PMI'm a Marvel guy, but Darkseid doesn't have the habit of defeating himself... Thanos is an overpowered scrub. One more thing... I could defeat both of them if I had the Infinity Gauntlet... that's a BS caveat.
