The Queen's Emissary card was not fixed in this patch. I can't give out ETAs on card fixes, sorry!

Did you reach rank 1? That's how you unlocked the Queen's Emissary Grimoire Card.

Oh. That must be it! Thank you. I will try that. Back when the queen was around I only did 1 or 2 bountys (if any). I thought you only had to see her

The unlock requirement's might've changed though, so don't expect it to unlock at Rank 1.
