What are the chances that Pharaoh (or Fero) is a fragment of rampant Cortana loose in the system? Perhaps she's targeting ONI out of anger for what they did to John and the other Spartans?

i know this is a little dated but since the last episode we can infer that it wouldnt be halsey because she wouldnt expose one of her spartans like that and i dont think it could be cortana as you describe because of the exact same reason

Fero may sound like Halsey with soundboards...but Halsey isn't a fast talker like Fero, she's always thinking...calculating. Her words are chosen carefully and you have to figure out what she means.

Having it be Cortana would be so dumb. Again, it would be like Misery. And speaking of Halsey, the ending to spartan ops was so ridiculously dumb.

She ran away with aliens. I hope to god it isn't Cortana. Her death was retarded enough, but bringing her back would be like what that bitch from Misery wanted in Misery. Cortana would be misery.
