How is it broken? I get killed by a shotgun about as much as I get kills while doing shoulder charge.

Well for starters, his shoulder charge is an instant activation. Secondly, the green glow around his Titan makes him immune to bullets and supers while charging in. And he can snipe me across the map with is. See it in action. https://youtu.be/AXhI4mKCEQ8
